Lucid Dreaming

Thank you for your messages and comments! First I want to explain the bad thing about it; When I fall asleep, I usually “wake up” at home, in my room but I know there’s something going on in my house. I choose to explore it, in the cellar is a murderer or a horror creature who tries to catch me, so mostly I’m running away straight in the garden and hide behind a bush etc. Everything looks 100% realistic, I sometimes knock at the door of my aunts house but every time I’m there she won’t open the door or talk to me. What means I have to find another way to escape. - I don’t think this kind of lucid dreaming is cool because it’s just like being awake or at least it feels the same. The only difference is that I’m always followed by something I fear. - My brain just needs to rest for a while, remember I have dreams like this 3 times a night or at least 2 and I can’t forget them like normal people do …

Someone please stop me from lucid dreaming every night. It’s driving me insane and I’m afraid of sleeping.
